Shipping policy

For most in stock items, shipment will be within 3 days of order receipt.

For custom items or made to order items such as area rugs, there is a 2 week creation time frame before shipment. We are working on getting that time frame down, we are a small business for now. All Area Rugs ship free within the U.S.

For international customers, we are not responsible to any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to local carriers in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States
